Trying to get a bank card replaced, waiting along with 1 other customer that sat down after us. A woman walks in & goes directly into the reps office, apparently she had a appointment. Not once did the rep come out to let us know it would be a few moments, nor did he even acknowledge us in the 10 mins before the appointment arrived. Rude & Unprofessional
