Im a car dealer. they suppose send you the funding in 2 business day for car loans. they take the dealer and take more thant a week for put the check in the mail, they print a FedEx label but hold the check and put in the mail when they like, affecting business. Christine customer service in charge for lie to the costumers. i hope this help dealers

Horrible! A mistaken direct deposit reopened an account that we had closed due to a move. Instead of sending us a check (they know our new address), they charged a bunch of fees until there was no money left in the account!!!!!! IS THAT EVEN LEGAL!??!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK!

The credit unions are especially nasty to anyone going through bankruptsy. They find a way to take your car even though the fedral codes give you protection for your vehical. In addition, they are a leader in selling delinquincy debt to debt collectors.

They really need to open on Saturday at least until 1:00pm, is ridiculous that we have to get off earlier just to take care Bank business! Bank should be open on Saturdays!
