Yesterday tried calling 3 times to get help with on online banking password. Worked through phone trees, listened to elevator music and inaudible recorded apologies, but never got a customer service rep after waiting at least 15 minutes each time. I get better service from my regular bank in another state so I may be dropping this "local convenience" soon.

The tellers there are NOT helpful at all the girls there give off bad information The guys are good at what they do they are more helpful then the girls are so when I visit I make sure I speak with a guy the girls are there for a pay check NOT to help people and they never answer the phone

Applied for an auto loan and never heard back on the outcome. Luckily, I was just doing some research and did not have an urgent need to get a vehicle. My husband found out by walking into an actual branch (3 weeks later). No sense of urgency and certainly no follow-ups.
