STAY FAR AWAY!! This is the worst bank EVERRR! About a week ago i went in to have a scheduled procedure done. I only needed to pay $250 out of my account. Well my card was declined even tho i had sufficent funds since i had been saving for this. Tried to use the atm it said "unavailable" turns out bank thought it was a fraud and sent a text message. Ok. After i said YES through the automated text that this was not fraud still wouldnt work. I WAS ALMOST ARRESTED due to the fact that i could not pay the $250 bill. What made it even worse is bright star customer service was not available at 2pm on a SATURDAY. So i could not even call to have proof that it was due to my card. Finally after 2.5 hours the payment went through. Then the next week follows and i have been locked out of the online banking app for about 5 days now even though im putting in the correct password. The reason i know it was correct because i was able to get in using a computer but couldnt get in using their app I told them about my ordeal all they could say was im so sorry. Decided to reset my password. Ok 1 DAY LATER i am locked out again. This time from the computer but i can get through the app just fine. I highly DO NOT reccomend. U cannot see ur statements online to know anything about your account as you will end up being locked out for no reason even after a password reset : definitly wont be using this bank anymore.

I do not understand where all the negative reviews are coming from. I closed all my bank accounts and opened accounts at BSCU. I use the Lauderhill and Davie locations and both are magnificent. They are pleasant, fast and offer a wide variety of services. They were helpful in getting me refinanced even with foreclosures and a bankruptcy. I have recommended them to all family members.
