After a few days went back and needed help, vehicle ended up needing close to 3 grand in repairs, and was only told call the shop, 4 calls later, no answer and no return call, taking back to dealer, of course I lose all the money I put in, I will look elsewhere next time. Called finance department today and the lady told me my vehicle had been repoed, the vehicle is sitting in the shop, where I brought it and still not repaired, she had no care for me as a customer, and could care less if I ever get my vehicle back. Terrible customer service and support. Never Again

Got a nissan titan in hillsborough and 40 and before i did my first payment i had to replaced the starter,radiator,fuel vapor canister,rear windows dont work,all the reverse sensors brokens,no brake pads all the way around,and of course check engine light came on the next day,try to call them to see if they would fix it but i got a big "NO",so now i am paying them for a truck that is sitting in my driveway cause i need money for the fuel canister $600.They only got me once and i hope nobody goes thru this with them again....Good luck for all of you
