The ordasity of this institution to charge $10.00 to replace their sub-par Debit-Credit cards that the first layer of plastic keeps peeling off,not to mention the vertical print which no one else does which can be very confusing and annoying. This is a manufacturing defect,my local branch admitted it however if you try to get a replacement over the phone or on line they want to charge you $10.00. I have been a member for over 25 years and they just dont care. Bring your defective card to your local Branch and they will more than likley wave the fee. How do they think they can get away with passing a defect onto their customers? Terrible business,ready to close all my accounts.

The reviewer who was not allowed to do what they wished concerning the deposit /cashing of a check for a minor without ID for that child is a smuck. If you wish for friendly, straightforward face to face service, they are fine. If you are looking for VERY good interest rates on a loan, you must give them a shot.

No matter how long you have done business with them, you will always be treated like an unwanted house guest. The customer service at the Fruitville branch is condescending at best.
