Before today I would have been very happy to write a good review. Recently Citadel updated their online banking. Since this update I cannot check my online statements. I have called and spent over an hour with their technical support with no luck. I was told it was a problem on my end which is interesting since I did not change anything it was them that did an update not me. I have gone into my branch twice with no resolution as well. I was told I could get paper statements but would be charged $2 each time. So I am the one penalized for their upgrades. I was told they were having issues with Mac computers, so obviously the problem is on their end and not mine, but it is I who am penalized. I will be shopping around for other credit unions at this point.

I have been banking with Citadel for at least a year and I am an extremely happy customer. Nakeisha assisted me with refinancing my car about 6 months ago and every time I go to the bank, she recognizes me by name and always offers to give dog treats to my pups! A+ to Nakeisha and her team at the Exton branch for customer service and thank you for always being so friendly.

Takes for ever to talk to a live person on there phone. Cannot find direct number to the commercial lending dept. You may need a act of congress to get it. Not good business practice
