Stole several hundreds of dollars from us in false NSF fees due to branch personnel mistakes. Failed transfers, held funds, horrible customer service. Lied to by every single rep on the phone and in the branches. Took months to correct the smallest error, and they made ZERO record of it. SO when the same thing happened, I was called a liar because they made no record. I hear nothing but horror stories from using this joke of a Credit Union. I could not close this account faster. The other reviewer hit the nail on the head; Peice of garbage establishment.

FCFCU used to be a great Federal Credit Union. It has since been restructured to transition away from a Federal to a State Chartered Credit Union. Shortly after the charter conversion they announced that all accounts will be transitioned to a fee-based system where they charge you for the privilege of them investing your money for their own benefit. As a 15-year loyal customer, I will be closing my account shortly
