My mother had 2 policies that they sold her, home and auto, after she passed away however we (my sister and I) are not able to cancel the policies. We have sold the home and car, collected on her investment accounts and even accessed and closed back accounts that we were not signers on. But we are not able to close the insurance policies even with the State Certified Death Certificate and a Durable Power of Attorney. I will say we do not have a will, however we have not needed one for the other much more valuable transactions. They said we need them to just expire and guess what they keep the 90 days of prepaid premiums!!! Nice Job...Customers Beware!!!!

Thank you to Scott Headley and the rest of the staff at Headley Insurance Agency, for making my life SOOOOO much easier. When the Mulberry Chamber of Commerce had to research new Insurance options, you told me you would take care of it. And that you did! I would love to be able to say that it was GREAT working with you...but, I hardly call a phone call to tell you what I needed, a return call when you had it taken care of, and the signing of some papers (and a lower premium)...
