They suggested Joyce Automotive to tow my car and have it repaired, big mistake. Joyce automotive tried to overcharge me on a job in the amount of $700.00 quoting it first at 1200.00 then calling back saying it would cost 1000.00. It was a blown fuse and a 67.00 coil pack. I filed a complaint and the owner of Joyce wrote up a fairy tales of lies and refused to give me a refund. AAA should not be engaged in referring cars to automotive repair shops.

I called AAA at 10 a.m. and gave my location - Fla. Turnpike. Talked to them several times. By 12:30 noone had come. Have phone numbers and names of all I talked to including the Tow Truck driver. It was 90 degrees or more and I am 82 years old. Called highway patrol and they sent road warrier who got me off the road. What am I paying for?

After calling for service I was told someone would come in an hour. An hour passed, I called and was told that the truck broke down and no one was able to come and help me. Horrible service. They should have had someone at least call me to tell me they were not coming.
