Ms. Rodriquez has been very helpful since we arrived in our new home in February of 2012. She has responded quickly to our concerns and provided timely advice on how to proceed on other issues. I am appreciative of Lock Insurance’s wish to accept public comment on the quality of their service. It does expose them to the public comentary of the good and not so good impressions of its customer base. However, that is an effective tool for the business entity that truly wants to be in tune with their client base. One slightly objectionable item is the convoluted trip the client must take throughout the "Google" set up in order to post a comment. I would say this may have discouraged many customers from posting anything at all. Al and Janis Roman

Over the past 2-3 months my husband and I have sold our home in Pittsburgh, traveled to Bradenton and purchased a home in 3 days and then returned to Pittsburgh to start packing. We had to secure home and auto insurance long distance and that can be stressful. Kim was recommended to me by our real estate agent and she has more than earned that recommendation. Kim was kind, knew her product and was such a calming influence when I was at my wits end. She got us great home and auto insurance and it was a seamless process--I highly recommend her now myself. Kim is a gem.

For My Mom under universal Property & casualty. your agent cancel one policy and started a new one. but bill was not sent to my lender for escrow to pay and SO I WENT THE WHOLE YEAR WITHOUT INSURANCE! Lock insurance does the job, not just talk about it. Insurance is never important, until you need it. When there is a problem this agency steps up and gets things handled. If they say they will call you back, they do. I would highly recommend you letting them give you a quote. They are very nice people to deal with as well.
