The installation of our new windows and patio doors went great - no complaints there! But if you are thinking of hiring Window World of Roanoke to replace your siding, I highly suggest going elsewhere. The crew who replaced our siding damaged our property and did not take the time to do things right. They ripped out our porch ceilings without our consent, they broke two of our vents and a porch light, they trampled two of our shrubs killing at least one of them, they damaged several gutters, and they left nails all over our driveway and yard. After their first day on the job, I called Window World of Roanoke immediately to report the issues. The installation manager came out to our house and assured us we would not be charged for the porch ceilings as they were not on the work order. Eventually, the vents and porch light were replaced at no charge along with the damaged gutters. However, we were told about a month ago (maybe more) that someone would come out and put the gutters on right as this was not done. Still waiting for that to happen! My husband picked up all of the nails and is still finding shards of siding around our yard. The job was "completed" in early April. The siding looks nice, but the whole process was aggravating and disappointing.

posted a review about three weeks ago(after several months of waiting) got a response within 3 days....met with window world tech and Crowe Services(installer) to review problem with work done....was promised a call to fix roof problem within 1 week to schedule time for repair(temporary fix still on roof)been over 2 weeks no response(as expected)....no response for the wavy(free) gutters(do not know contractors company name) either(from reading customer reviews this is standard operating procedure)....currently seeking another contractor to fix issues that should have been done months ago. Buyer beware once they get your money you are on your own! ....for the large sum of money being charged Window World should arrange to hire more reputable contractors. Do not use Window World for anything EVER! Too bad they do not offer negative star rating(I would have chose -10)

Customer Service nonexistant. A contracter recommended this company. He took the measurements and went by to get the order placed. I called and spoke with Mr. Jamie, he took my debit card info. Then preceded to never place the order. I tracked three plus weeks without charge to my account. I called, left a message...told he would call me back. Never called me back. Two more weeks go by, the contracter stops by to check on order: still order never placed. I call. No one in the office has any details about order and Mr. Jamie is in a meeting all day. I call back later same day. Mr. Jamie will not speak with me, he leaves it to Barbara to handle the cancel process of my order. Surprise. Order never placed. Cancelled and done. I start this again with another company a total of 5-6 weeks later.

Just this morning had our replacement windows installed by Window World of Roanoke with the installation team led by David. Great fast efficient installation, after install area was cleaned up, any questions answered and a demonstration on how the windows work. An explanation of any warranty work that may be required in the future. A super great experience. I will mention that they did tear a corner of my car covering and it was not noticed till the install crew had departed, but I believe this was an oversight, but I am ordering a new car cover for my car that was damaged unfortunately...... but overall I am very pleased, except for the car cover replacement.

We cannot say enough about how pleased we are with our windows which were installed by Window World. We received the product we ordered, and the windows were installed efficiently and quickly by a well qualified installer. The salesman was polite, knew his subject well, and pointed out window features which would meet our need. The installer, as well as the salesman, were punctual and met with our pleasure every item and need which we discussed in the contract. We can say nothing but "Hats off to Window World"--a joy through the whole process!

Be sure to request Matt Taylor if you want great service from Window World. About three years ago I spent almost $10,000. for windows and storm doors with Sales Manager Matt Taylor. Matt has returned twice in the past week to work on one stubborn storm door to make it close properly. A salesman who stands behind his product AFTER the sale is the kind most people are seeking. Matt Taylor is your man for this kind of responsible service. Window World management, I recommend a salary hike for Mr. Taylor.

Matt Taylor and all the folks at Window World of Roanoke have been great throughout every step of the process. We had all of our upstairs windows replaced and we love them. They really made our house look brand new. We later had them come back and replace our basement windows. The installers did a great job. Everyone from beginning to end was courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Work and employees were very professional and easy to work with. They scheduled the work and came when they said and delivered what we agreed on.
