After calling several HVAC companies Tuesday for immediate service, 95 degrees and no A/C, Service Experts was the only company willing to come that evening at a reasonable service call rate to Smith Mountain Lake. After they examined the unit, it was determined that we could try to add coolant to see if the unit would respond, doubtful, or replace it. Well, we opted for replacement. They had a salesman at the house Wednesday morning and had an installment team on premise Thursday. The team was thorough and very neat. They put shoe covers over their boots and adhesive carpet covering to protect the areas they walked on. The team spent 10 hours on the installation and did not leave until we fully understood the operation of the iComfort thermostat and App. We also had our other older unit serviced at the same time. They removed mold from the duct work and cleaned the A/C. We added a new iComfort thermostat which they came and installed Monday. We can not say enough wonderful things about Service Experts. They service all manufacturers but only sell Lenox. After purchasing this new unit, when our other A/C retires again, we will be calling Service Experts for its replacement. Do not hesitate to give them a call. FOLLOW UP to our 7/23/2017 review After repairs, we went home on Saturday. When we arrived, my husband checked the iComfort app to see what the temperature was in the house. We discovered that our 4 year old upstairs unit, not the Lenox A/C just installed, had stopped working. We immediately called Service Experts. The operator connected us with a technician over the phone, since they are 24/7/365, and unfortunately the errors on our thermostat were not able to be reset via internet. The Service Experts operator scheduled us an appointment for Monday afternoon, so we drove back 325 miles to the lake on Sunday. Service Experts had our technician to the house on Monday. He took a delay at another location but Becky from scheduling called to let us know ahead of his scheduled arrival time, and four hours later the problem was fixed. The technician, Chris Blankenship, worked in a 125 degree attic and traced down our problem starting with the obvious progressing to the near impossible. Needless to say, it was the near impossible, bad builder installed wiring that he had to replace going to the thermostat. Chris was positive that he would get us up and running and not once did he say anything negative. He kept us informed of his progress and let us know what steps he was taking to track down the issue. Chris Blankenship is a wonderful technician, knowledgeable and thorough. If you ever need to call for HVAC service, please call Service Experts and ask for Chris Blankenship for your technician. Hopefully, our next call will not be so quick.

June 30 , 2017 My A/C system went down earlier this week. Knowing i needed it repaired asap , i decided to walk the yellow pages . After walking the pages i did not know who to go with for the repair . Only thing i did know was i needed real service with a real expert . I decided to go with Service Experts and could not have made a better choice. Chris B was here promptly after receiving his call telling me he was headed to my house. He was so polite, taking time to answer all my questions and explaining in detail my AC problem as well as solutions. Chris was very knowledgeable, and a real God send. I had been so stressed and even loss sleep over this AC thing but as soon as Chris shook my hand and introduced himself I got that gut feeling that everything was going to be okay because this guy knew exactly what needed to be done. He wasted no time taking care of the problem. If you ever need AC service do not hesitate to call SERVICE EXPERTS. They are the best in the valley and their prices are very reasonable. And if you need a service contract for your heating and cooling equipment give them a call.

I highly recommend Service Experts. They were the only company with 24/7 service and they saved me when my heating system died in 2013. This morning Chris Blankenship serviced my system as he has done in the past!! I personally requested him when setting up the appointment as he has always makes me feel comfortable coming into my home. Chris is always prompt, courteous and friendly and above all, he is knowledgeable on the system! When he finishes his inspection he always takes the time to let me know if there is anything I need to be aware of, what he has done and answer any questions I may have! His father serviced my system in the fall due to a scheduling conflict and provided the same great service! Again, I highly recommend this company and Chris Blankenship!

I contracted with Service Experts to install a new air conditioner, new gas furnace , new blower and new hot water heater. They were installed on March 1st. Excellent company. Excellent service. Excellent price. Unfortunately on Good Friday, Easter weekend, the condensation pump went out on the air conditioner. We called Service Experts at 6:30 pm and Joe Kelly, the technician, was at my house within 30 minutes of my call and replaced it and had my unit back up and running in a matter of a few minutes. Joe was prompt, efficient and a an extremely nice guy. I have a large labrador retriever that is very protective. Joe introduced himself to my dog to put my dog at ease of having a stranger in his home. Bravo!! Thank you so much Joe Kelly!! You are awesome!!

The service was fantastic, starting with a real human answering the call on a Saturday afternoon on a holiday weekend. To Claude, the very knowledgeable and professional sales person who showed up less than an hour later (we live somewhat out in the country). To the installation 3 days later of a top of the line Lennox heat pump system (a little pricey, but, we are watching the ROI very carefully) by a very courteous, professional and efficient team led by Bryce, Christian and a few others who handled what probably should have been a 2 day job for most in 1 very full day. We had an old upstairs system that we replaced. We also had some other items we needed tuned up and repaired. Matt was extremely helpful and made time to visit on my schedule which was appreciated. The installation was fairly involved and we had several teams here at once to get it taken care of quickly. Thank you Joe, Bryan and Chris M. We had an issue that was dealt with promptly and conveniently as well. Currently everything is working great and when we need to upgrade and replace the other systems in our house, we know who to call!

Called Service Experts and they were at my house within the hour. The gas company had told me I had a gas leak. Shannon was my service technician and was very thorough, very tidy, and kept me in the loop the whole time as to what he was seeing and had to do. I have been using Service Experts for over 7 years now (two homes) and never had any issue with them, they are always prompt and professional. Iwould highly recommend them to care for your heating and A/C needs.

Joe Kelly came out on a Sunday afternoon, he was so courteous and apologetic for not getting here sooner. Our unit was installed in June 2015. We had a problem 2 weeks ago & another tech was out to do the repair , same problem again this time but Joe was so helpful!
