Bought a HVAC system august 2014. Have now made 2 service calls to fix problems this year 2015. First was fixed quickly, however have had problems with second. Called for service and asked if they could come later in the evening, 4pm because of work schedule, said they could only make appointments 2-4 because if tech could not wait on us if he was done early. My wife takes off work to come home waits the 2-4 tech shows up 445. Next day we get a phone call for another tech to come to out to look at system. So now on our 3rd appointment and tech shows up almost 2 hrs late to start repair. Call their phone number to complain and people answering phone just give excuses and sorries but not a manager.

We had a great experience with Dodrill. We moved into a new house last summer and the next day (A Sunday, when it was 95 degrees outside) the air conditioner broke. We had a 4-week old baby at the time and I was extremely worried about him in the heat. I called the on-call technician who came as soon as he could and fixed our issue. Great service and price was reasonable given that it was a weekend. We now have their maintenance plan and they have been prompt at scheduling the maintenance checks.

One of your workers broke my water line that supplies my outside faucet. The way that I know this is they were the only people to be under my house when I went to turn my water on to this faucet. Your heater & air condioner are working fine, but I am totally displeased with my water line problem since I am handicapped, I can not fix this water line, so I have no recourse but to hire someone to replace this line at my expense.

This installation was the 4th one for me by so called professionals but the 1st by Doddrill. I can say it was by far the most professional group I have ever encountered in the hvac business. From the first visit until the clean up I was very pleasantly surprised. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. The installers were not only courteous but they new what they were doing. I am very pleased.

This was our first time using Dodrill and they did excellent work! They were prompt and professional. We had them encapsulate and waterproof our crawl space which had standing water. It is SO much cleaner and they sealed everything, we could actually store stuff down there now if we wanted to! If you need crawl space repair, I highly recommend them!

The last tech who came out to service my heating/cooling did an excellent job. Before he came into our house he put on "booties" to keep the floor clean. Explained all the maintenance he had done to the outside unit, readjusted the thermostat (I have a problem with this). Very personable and knowledgeable.

Unit cools well but there are scuff marks and scratches on the unit. Also it is not level. Tech sent out, he took photos but have not heard from them since the end of June. Check elsewhere before going with them!
