I am a customer of security first and totally disappointed in the worst customer relations, I have a whole week waiting for someone to tell me there and even worse when I have spoken have left me on the line waiting, I have good credit so that I do is pendejada not recommendations for them! A star is too much for them

Worst credit union ever. They are frauds. First time the purposely lost a check from an insurance company so they can make more interest on a payoff. This time they claim I have late payment which is a lie even their letter states my previous payments are on time. They are also lying about the amount for a check for a trade in pay off ($500) now just to pocket my change. Liars, scammers and frauds. Do not trust these people.

They started to charge me $10 every month for account maintenance even though I have more than $500 in balance (minimum balance to avoid fee). Called three times to correct the mistake and every time was told that some specialist will look to my account and will call me within 24 hrs. Guess what? No one called and those charges are still on my account and every month they are still taking out $10 as fee.

Poor customer service. Literally a dead lobby and no help. One loan officer in this whole building. Definitely under staffed for a Friday and guess what they just lost another account.
