This bank is terrible. The people who work there are lazy and never call back when left messages, never wanna help anyone and give you excuses. I applied for a small loan 2 weeks ago and have called constantly and still have no response about the loan, definitely will be switching banks and not recommending them to anyone.

Very disappointing. Ever since It has become COVE rather than SEMC It has gone downhill very quickly. Trying to get a call back is horrible! and they just flat out have no desire to help you. I will be opening a new bank account and only using COVE as necessary from now on. NOT recommended

Today I had to go to the credit union to try to get something fixed on my loan. The person that tried to help me talked to me in a degrading way in the front area. She talked down to me. Customer service training needed for the employees...

By far the worst experience dealing with any lending institution. The loan officer was rude and very misleading and denied everything she originally said. I would not recommend this credit union to my enemy.
