In the branch the customer service is fantastic! The main headquarters is a whole other story. I have financed a few vehicles through them purchasing new and trading in with dealers. This time I tried to sell private party, buyer was pre approved with Golden 1 and had an account prior to arrival. 4 hours to complete a same bank purchase! 4 hours! Not acceptable by any bank standards.

Got the account today and get locked out of the app I downloaded to do mobile banking.. call to get assistance and the automatic teller system tells me I have the wrong account number..
