I used to love this bank! I just left from the bank about 5 minutes ago very upset because i was told that they could not disclose information to me about my account! I understand policies change but If I am asking a question about MY account I should be able to know the answers. I am strongly considering not banking with them anymore.

I had a issue with a money order that I got back from a place I was going to move into. Ivy the manager at Community America was so nice and helped me out with my issue. They did not have to do what they did but they did and I am so thankful!
