I have been banking at Wanigas on Shattuck for almost 17 years, since i was 17. They have always taken care of me, until recently. My credit score is over 750 and my credit history is near perfect, but it wasnt good enough for them when i wanted to pay off another loan and put it with Wanigas for bettet interest rate. I have had other signature loans with them, ans always paid my bills on time. They wanted "collateral" so they could feel comfortable. I feel like i just got slapped in the face. 17 years and impeccable credit apparently means nothing. Im sure another credit union would love to have to me.

Worst financial institution on the planet!! Always on hold for 20+ minutes, the staff has no clue about their own products, no one has a clue about how to make "Easy Pay" payment. The account # on the bill isnt really the account #. Im in the financial industry and wouldnt use this bank if it were the only option on the planet!! I had to give it at least one star, but they truly dont deserve it!

Just became a member not long ago. I wanted to give massive props to the staff at the Shattuck branch. was greeted with cheerful tones, and they went out of their way to get me started. my buddy recommended me to them, and said "the staff alone if awesome".. he was right!! I defiantly will recommend them to others.

Cant ask for more. I have prob waited total of 5 min in last 5 visits. Awesome. Usually walk in and they are asking can I help you before i get to the front.
