The installers worked rather fast. Laid blankets down under windows to keep debris from hitting to carpet. Once finishing a window they even vacuumed their work area. The window areas outstthe house was cleaned to perfection as well. The aluminum trim was measured and formed to perfection. Caulking was applied in a very neat professional manner. One complete the installer explained the window functions. Advise on what not to clean window with. Advised me where the serial numbers are located on each window. He explained this number will expedite repair or replacement parts should any ever be needed. Last but not least. I was contacted by Randy at the Jonesboro Company to follow up on the work and make sure I was satisfied. No reiterated the lifetime warranty of their products.

Randy was easy to work with and allowed us to choose what we wanted to do without pressuring us to do anything additionally. We had an excellent crew of three good men who took out and replaced our windows while also adding a sliding door. They were professional and cleaned everything up when they finished. We would recommend Window World in Jonesboro to anyone needing windows or doors
