They did their job but had to argue to get damage boards replaced that were already pointed out before they started. Nails and screws were left in the yard as well as roofing material, packaging and flashng. I even found stuff that they hid; they went out of their way to hide lag bolts in a retaining wall. It was not stated that they do not paint. Now it makes sense but wish this was told to me just so we could of had this lined up. They do not calk either; they concider that apart of painting. Again, wish this was disclosed so we could have this addressed. Gutters look great but how they terminate into our drainage system looks amateur. It was suggested from them to put in cleanouts... again, why not tell me this ahead of time so i could have this done? They did what they did well (minus cleanup) but it feels unfinished when whe had money to spend for everything (paint, calk, cleanouts).

These folks were great. I called Homemasters to have my gutters cleaned.When they called to set up the work order, they said they could get to me by December 18 (about 3 weeks). When I told them my gutters were overflowing, they said they would note that in the work order and send someone out sooner if possible. The technician came out the same day! The tech was great: super friendly (even though he was working on a ladder in the pouring rain) and very thorough including cleaning up when he was done. Homemasters followed up with a phone message a couple of days later to ensure we were satisfied with the work and also sent us a brief written report on the exterior condition of our home (roof, siding, etc.). These people earned our enthusiastic endorsement and, more importantly, our repeat business!

Wow! I am very impressed with the service on all levels - from sales to the installers. I have to acknowledge Homemasters installer Ryan Brown for his exceptional customer service. I had an area of trim on the peak of my home that needed to be touched up with paint. I was planning to hire a painter for the job but thanks to Ryan he got the job done. We had gutter installed by them. Had some post installation minor issues which they came out and fixed it. I was under the impression the gutter has a life time warranty from them. Now part of the gutter came loose, lead to a leak into my room. They sent 2 persons out, did an half an hour work, and ended up with a $281 bill. I am still yet to find out if the leak has been fixed. It just seems quite over priced.

I have 4 large cedar trees that have been clogging my gutters 5-6 times a year every year. I had Homemasters replace all the gutters with wide neck gutters and traps down at the drain where I can clean in a few seconds. Homemasters in Tigard the BEST. I contracted them to fix a very leaky and dilapidated garage roof. The roof was leaking so badly that there was water of 3 to 4 inches on the floor. When they finished the roof, which ended up being a lot more work than they originally anticipated, the garage floor was bone dry! Thank you Homemasters!

The driver of the black homeMasters truck is a very reckless driver, he ran a red light on Hall Boulevard and Pacific Highway this afternoon and almost cause of severe accident. I had to hit my brakes and almost hit a light pole because of it. Thanks a lot
