I traded in my plow truck on March 8th and purchased a new truck without a plow only to learn of a coming blizzard forecast on March 14th. I called Cap City on Saturday morning, March 11th and told them that I had a ridiculous request; to have a plow installed by Monday, just two days away and one day before the storm. Not only did they get the job done, the entire process was professional and at a fair price. I have been a customer for two decades and Cap City has always done right by me, but this time was just over the top with excellent customer service.

These people are the most ignorant people i have ever encountered. They have zero customer service skills and obviously they do not care wether or not they have buissness. Honestly i think giving them one star is giving them the benefit of the doubt.
