I only gave one star just so I could right a review-I wish there were negative stars, I was so unhappy about this company. Needless to say I would recommend everybody to choose A DIFFERENT company. I had to make the appointment a week out and the owner showed up early without notifying me. I was not there and he left so I waited 45 min then called him. He said he showed up early and no answer (Obviously) so I made another appointment a week out AGIAN. Then he went to the wrong unit and left again and never notified me EVER! ALSO HE CHARGES YOU BEFOR HE GETS THERE AND DOSE ANY WORK!!!. I never signed anything or gave authorization to do so. He refused Service to me after I had to call him again 45 min later to find out about this. Beware he is VERRY RUDE AND UN PROFESSIONAL!! This was in Wichita Kansas AND ALL THE GOOD REVIEWS ARE ON THE CORPORATE COMPANY THIS GUY IS ONLY A FRANCHISE SO DONT GET THAT MIXED UP!!!.

Fast, thorough and friendly. I had purchased a new heat pump from Custom Heating ad Air earlier this spring (2012) but now with cool weather (Oct), it was not heating, Aaron was able to determine that a port went bad and all the coolant had leaked out, He repaired it and recharged it then replaced the very dirty air filter. With outdoor temps higher during the day and low at night, the system is now both heating and cooling as it should.

I would NEVER recommend this individual again. I have had no problems with my Carrier A/C unit UNTIL AFTER Custom Heating and Air serviced it for a regular routine checkup. He uses unethical business practices.
