Horrible experience with getting insurance set up. Was charged the first month and set up all necessary paper work but submitted the last of it through pic upload on app as recommended by Rachel over the phone. When I asked her if there was an actual office i could go to she stated that there was not. But insurance was still cancelled and then they asked for another $500 to reinstate. Biggest mistake trying to switch over to this insurance.
