After being involved in a serious car accident and having no idea what to do, I contacted the law office of Ed Bernstein and they took the time to truly understand my accident. They immediately began working on my case, getting me the medical care I needed, and provided a sense of security knowing I was in good hands. They worked very hard battling the insurance company and were able to get me the money I deserved. Ed Bernstein & Associates is a great firm. Nina Amico, their associate attorney, was handling my case and was very clear in explaining the case and how it was handled. The entire staff was great at dealing with my problems, Nina was great at keeping me informed on my case when I called or she would call monthly to update me. Edward M Bernstein & Associates were extremely helpful. The most difficult part was the first 2 days after my accident/incident, just dealing with the associated injuries sustained: broken right arm, dislocated left shoulder, cracked left shoulder blade and numerous abrasions on legs. I have found that working with Ed Bernstein staff for a traffic accident on Christmas Eve ; I definitely would NEVER recommend this lawyer to anyone wanting anything to happen. They never keep you up to date, keep saying they are waiting for paper work. For a simple case I would have been able to do a much better job myself. From office unless we called my wife was on her scooter when she got hit it took there young lawers 6 months to get 7000.
