I came to Benson and Bingham to settle an accident I had been in in December 2015. From the first time I went into their office, I knew they were the ones to fight my case for me. First impressions mean a lot, and the impression I got from their front office secretary was great. She was very kind and attentive. Their Downtown office was very clean and had cozy/home-y feeling to it. I met with Israel Whitbeck during my case evaluation, and I felt completely at ease that my case would be handled correctly. Israel is very nice and easy to talk to. He was patient and thorough in answering my questions to ensure that I had no doubts or lingering thoughts in my mind. He went through all the necessary steps/timeline of events to make sure I completely understood everything that would be happening before I left the consultation. A lot of the time, the case was a waiting game for me - waiting to hear about what was going on on the legal front of the case. Keep in mind, this accident occurred in December 2015 and it was just recently settled in the Summer of 2017. However, that was through no fault of Benson & Bingham. But rather, through conflicting schedules of all parties involved and just the general amount of time it takes for each step of the process (e.g. exploration, depositions, arbitration). In the entire year and a half, the Benson & Bingham team was diligent and patient in fighting my case. Throughout the duration of the case, Heather Payne, a paralegal at the office, updated me with the things going on behind the scenes. I loved how easy it was talking to her. In the midst of all the complicated legal terms, she was able to un-complicate things for me and say "Relax, you got this!" when it came to my deposition and arbitration. Israel also reassured my that I had nothing to worry about for as long as I was myself, I would win the case. And guess what? I did! Thank you so much to the Benson & Bingham team, and especially Israel and Heather, for all the hard work you put into my case. I definitely recommend them!

I can say that I hope I am never involved in another vehicular accident ever again in my life. I do know that if does happen again, I can rely on your firm. You guys freaking rock seriously. I cannot praise Amy Sulanke enough for all that she does. If you are a military member I recommend her 100%. She even coordinated with me on when I had free time and scheduled a majority of my medical appointments. That was very beneficial with my busy schedule in and out of town. Since sometimes the doctors and myself would sometimes play phone tag. So she took it upon herself to make sure they responded by reaching out herself. The best part was her calling me on a weekly basis and asking how I am feeling and if the treatments were helpingin a sincere. Or if I had any issues through out the whole case,she would do her damn best to fix the issues whenever possible. I would recommendation Amy Sulanke to anyone I care and love for because I know that they are good company with her assisting with unexpected accidents in life. Once again I will restate..... if you are military please give her a chance. She is the spouse of a military veteran and truly understands and fully supports us through all of our endeavours. On June 10, 2015, I was in a rear end motor vehicle accident due to a negligent driver. I have never been involved in a motor vehicle accident before and did not know the process to take so I started looking for an attorney to assist me. Immediately an appointment was set up with me where I met Adam Stone and he explained how we can move forward with my claim and get me into the care that I need. Adam was very patient throughout the process and answered all of my questions. He was extremely knowledgeable and was a true pleasure to work with during the entire process. I have dealt with law firms in the past regarding different issues, and I NEVER worked with someone like Adam. Benson and Bingham should be honored to have him on their staff!!!! Benson and Bingham Law Firm submitted a demand to the defendant insurance company and my personal insurance company maximizing the total policy limits that were available. Through the direction and advise of this firm and their knowledge with the insurance company I was able to walk away with a settlement that far exceeded my expectations. I was in a pretty bad accident and I was referred to Benson & Bingham by a co-worker. My accident was January 29th which was a Thursday and I met with an attorney on Monday February 1st. They were so polite and welcoming. This is the only attorney I will use from now on if needed (hopefully not for a car accident though) as they as just awesome. When I went for my initial appointment to explain my accident and what happened they just listened and you can tell they truly care and understand the pain and suffering you are experiencing. They explain everything in great detail so that you understand everything completely. They even had me in to see the Chiropractor the same day as my initial meeting with them, so I was able to start treatment right away. I would recommend Benson & Bingham to anyone and everyone looking for great attorneys who really do care. They stayed in contact with me through email and phone and updated me on EVERYTHING. I spoke with my rep there once or twice a week for almost a year. If you want attorneys that care and fight for you to the very end use Benson & Bingham, you will not be disappointed.

I was in an automobile accident last year and as it was my first time being rear ended, my car was in bad shape, and I felt the typical neck and back pains. I was unsure if I was indeed a victim or if this was just a normal part of recovery. I was unsure whether i had a case or was chasing something futile. Nonetheless, I called B&B and was immediately transferred to Dana, who was professional and courteous. I was satisfied after speaking with her and went in that afternoon to sign the paper work. Adam who was also a part of the team, was just as professional as Dana and the others were. I was given timelines and I was told when to expect what. I was reassured about the truthfulness of the end result and was definitely not misled in anyway. When therapy was not needed anymore, I was told to stop it and wait patiently. Every time I called or e-mailed, the response was prompt - usually the same day or at the most within 24 hours! The end result is a more than fair settlement (which was more than i expected), and a very happy client in me. I would refer B&B any day of the week! THANKS B&B!

Professional and Caring....After my fiance was in a bad accident we called several attorneys in the area (Bad is probably an understatement). All of them except this office sent out para legals who tried to feed our heads with a bunch of bs and you could tell they had no idea what they were talking about. Given the severity of the case I would have thought they would ve taken it a bit more seriously. But we called Benson and Bingham and within a couple of hours (if that) we had Ben Bingham in our house personally. By the time he left we finally had the peice of mind we had been searching for. The entire staff bent over and beyond backwards for us and through this long journey we were taken on we never once lost our confidence thanks to Benson and Bingham. They really know their stuff!!! My roommate and I were in a vehicle accident, where another car hit us while driving on a moped. Before contacting lawyers, we thought that nobody was going to take our case because the accident occurred in a private property. Once we called the office of Benson and Bingham, they assigned us to meet with Lina Sadovnikaite. She was so sweet and understanding, she explained everything in detail and how the process would be and was honest to tell us that cases do take a while, because insurance/doctor offices take time to respond back. She assigned us to a chiropractor, to get our bodies checked out since we had pain and discomfort from the accident. I highly recommend Benson & Bingham. I came to them after the previous lawyer I signed on with for a rear-end accident would not stay in touch with me or keep me informed about my case and basically botched everything. Had my first ever experience with major accident and Law firm. At first my dad was hesitating about getting a lawyer, but , after he had a chance to meet the staff at Benson & Bingham, my opinion has changed. Starting from his car (which end up being total loss) to all the medical expanses he has never made a single phone call himself. He received few (2 from insurance notifying that his attorney has started a claim, and letting him know that the check is in the mail). Couple from medical specialists notifying him that we have an appointment is set & doctor will be waiting for us. In October of 2013 I was involved in a 3 lane 3 car accident. A decision for my settlement was made this October 2014. To say the least the journey of the case was long but refreshing in the end. One day went by after my accident when i went to Benson & Bingham. Following my consultation i was already on my way to see a chiropractor and a pain specialist. None the less i got my medical as needed right away and through out the time until i got my settlement. In the long haul i got all my medical bills paid as well as a good lump some for my pain and suffering. Only suggestion i have to them is to make more follow up calls with us the client though out the process. After it all i would recommend Benson & Bingham because they are adamant on getting the treatment and settlement you need.

After B&B decided to take my case, my contact with the firm was Adam Stone. He was knowledgeable, patient and understanding. He explained to me the processes, and the time that could be expected for things to take place. He negotiated the fees for the services, exams and treatments because of the accident so that I would have less to pay out of the settlement, and therefor more could remain in my pocket.
