I recently went to their new location which is only down the street from the old. The receptionist was really friendly and helpful. She explained the whole process and what to expect. By the end of the day i had received an email confirming everything she had went over. I received a letter to my email about 5 weeks later with the results. My ticket was reduced to illegal parking and no points on my license best of all no traffic school. THANKS FOR YOUR WONDERFUL SERVICE AND AMAZING STAFF :-)

I was told one if the attorneys would be available from 10am-5pm and she knew I was coming by. Came in at noon, they were in the middle of a meeting and I had to wait an hour for it to end so I left and I came back at 3pm. When I get there, "looks like she left for the day even though I told her you were coming by"......Seriously? Drive across Vegas at 3pm in traffic and rain and let me know how you would feel...
