Mr. Revilla was referred to us by another immigration attorney since our previous waivers were denied and Mr. Revilla specialized in waivers. My husband and I previously had hired Mr. Revilla to file a motion reopen my husband deportation case. Ms. Juliana Lamardo was the attorney assigned to our case and she later changed our contract for them to file the waivers (I-212 & I-601) since the time had elapsed and we were able to file. Long story short my husband’ waivers were APPROVED April 2017. We could not be any happier with their service on the waivers. We did not hired them for the consular processing because the office manager informed us that we needed to file another form which was not necessary and I knew it was not necessary but she claimed it was. WELL we followed the instructions letter from the US Consulate and we are glad to say my husband is back in the US. Every firm has their hiccups. The girls always answered my phone calls and responded to my emails. Yes, our case was transferred to another attorney Ms. Elba Lumbi who actually did file our waivers since Ms. Lamardo was no longer with the firm at the time of filing. But what it really comes down to is that they did an excellent job on the 2 waivers and they helped us turn a denial into an approval and my husband is back in the US with me. Thank you!!!

That law firm is Horrible,it looks great when you see the website and when you go for a free consultation,but after you pay them the initial fee, they won`t answer your questions anymore,never keep you update about the case except when it comes for the next hearing they´ll tell you.When you call the office the operator is very rude with you . If you hire this law firm you should know that you will see them at the Free Initial Consultation and then only at the hearing if they show up there. DO NOT hired any of their lawyers. I had HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE .
