We were not given much information or follow up after our bankruptcy was discharged. We have attempted to make contact to assure that everything if finished but we do not receive calls back. Do not let them put any government loans into your bankruptcy. We were not informed that these types of loans do not get discharged. We paid thousands of dollars to our trustee to pay off these loans and after our discharge, we owed MORE due to late fees and interest that occurred during the 3 years of bankruptcy because the trustee assigned to our case was not paying the monthly payment. We were never informed of this. After our discharge, since there was no follow up, we continued to accrue interest and late fees because we were unaware that it was not discharged with the rest of the debt. NOW we owe more than before we started and they claim they are not responsible. Very poor customer service!!!!!
