I had the pleasure of being represented by Pagan & Stroleny in a criminal case I had in Broward. I was being criminally investigated for a DUI and hired them for Pre File Representation. They worked out a deal with the prosecutors and I was not taken into custody. Once my blood work came back, they filed my arrest (mind you I was never really arrested). I was able to keep working, spend time with my family and get a hardship to be able to keep driving. I received an unbelievable deal that they worked out with the state and was never hand cuffed, never spent a minute in jail and Do Not Have A Mugshot. Have you ever heard of a person that was arrested for a DUI and all of the above happens?! Hopefully this is the last time I have to use them, but I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEIR FIRM! They kept my mind at peace during a stressful time.
