I called Fichtner Services based on the great reviews. They replaced the roof ice dam and repaired the roof and gutter damage caused by a tree limb. I met the project estimator who I found knowledgable and willing to give his sound advice. I thought the roof may need to be replaced but he assured me that he would be happy to replace the roof but he thought that a cheaper approach was best. I never met the crew but the work looked great and they left my lawn spotless. I did find the e-mail communication most surprising. The project manager messages were timely and clear. I appreciated not being disturbed at work. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Twice we had Fichtner out for a quote and twice they have gone above and beyond. The first time, my husband was out of town and they came to give us a quote for a repair on the roof. While the technician was here, he cleared a clump of leaves from our downspout that was causing a wall of rain to spill over - at NO CHARGE. The second time the technician told us a simple fix for a problem that we could do ourselves. I will not hesitate to call on them again when we need repairs or a new roof. I am so impressed by their customer service and integrity.

Fichtner Services is a very professional company -- Their products and employees (owner to the crews) are outstanding. Communication is great, pricing is very competitive and their work product is excellent. We had a roof / gutter replacement + a few dry rotted boards replaced. The crews were on time, friendly and very conscientious. Follow-up on customer issues were prompt and professionally dealt with. I have worked with many contractors over the years and Fichtner is definitely very well managed and operated. I highly recommend Fichtner.

Chose Fichtner due to the strong reputation they have earned. We had them replace our old asphalt roof with a metal (galvanized steel) roof plus new sky lights. This was an expensive job so we definitely wanted it done right. We were not disappointed. A large crew was put on the job, so once work began it was no nonsense; everything got done within a couple of days. Foreman and crew did a great job. Also materials were first rate and the final cost came in exactly as proposed.
