From start to finish we had a great experience with Badger Basement Systems. We have had a chronic water issue in our old farm house basement. The sales person was very knowledgeable and helped us understand what the problem was and exactly how it needed to be fixed. He also noticed some issues that we were not aware of with the structure of the basement. Since money is tight we could not afford to do all that he recommended and we never felt pressured to go beyond what was reasonable for us to do. He gave us some tips on what to look out for and I know that if the problems get worse we will have Badger do the work. The work crew was also professional, knowledgeable and treated us and our home with respect. Even though we have a crummy old basement the work was done with great care.They left our basement cleaner than it has ever been. I highly recommend them.

We have had Bill Hammer as our service technician for the last several routine visits. As always, he was superb! Bill went out of his way to explain every detail of our sump pump replacement and the differences we might note between the old and new units. In addition, he checked an additional pump to make sure it was functioning perfectly. This kind of consistent customer service is what builds loyalty. We anticipate a long relationship with Badger Basement!

Bill is a terrific technician. Besides for being extremely polite, he went above and beyond a typical service call. He really took the time to listen to our specific situation and to offer an effective solution. He was able to complete the work on the same visit and did a wonderful job. I appreciate the fact that they are extremely busy due to the heavy rains this spring and summer. However, after waiting 6 weeks for someone to come take a look at my home, there was absolutely no subsequent follow up - no quote, no phone call, no returned emails. Edit: Glad to eventually hear from them - there was obviously some miscommunication. By the time they reached out, we had found another basement waterproofing solution.
