A week or so ago on February 5th, 2015 I had a direct deposit check for $100.00 (DFAS) forwarded to USAA Saving Bank, 3773 Howard Hughes PKWY. It was to be deposited into my credit card account> As of this notice, the $100.00 deposit has not been posted to my account. I have made several phone calls an spoken with several representatives concerning this matter and no one seems to have an answers as to where the $100.00 is at this time. I have been checking my USAA credit card account and the funds have not been posted to my account. If anyone affiliated with ths bank and read this message and feel that they can help me locate the $100.00 deposit, please contact me... Thank you....

USAA is a comprehensive wonderful banking and insurance institution. We have been members for 30 years and now our daughters are as well. Everything from convenient on-line banking, savings, credit cards and loans (with shared accounts with our daughters for ease of transfers to and from - as well as discounts for rental cars and assessments for our home value and our credit score) and all of our insurance - we feel safe and well-guarded in this crazy world. Also, their hours are generous and their customer care is second to none. We have been very happy and encourage anyone who has military ties to work with USAA!

Good rates but horrible coverage, they up your policy for every little thing like failing to avoid object in the road. A object that gets slung in the air by a vehicle in front of you on a busy freeway. I guess they expect you to swerve into another vehicle instead of letting the flying object hit you. This insurance is a rip off! And to top it off the banking program sucks!!!! Stay away.

This is not a banking location. You can not do anything banking wise at this location UNLESS you open an account at this location. Then you are allowed to use it as a bank.
