Black Gold

Longtime banking and credit customer. After fraudulent charges resulting from a paypal hack (paypal tried to deduct $10 from an unused savings account with $0 in it) PEFCU wants me to pay over $125 in fees to them. It cost PEFCU NOTHING to have one of their comouters say, "no money here" to paypal, yet they want $125 of a struggling graduate students nonexistent money for doing nothing themselves. They are losing a longtime credit card customer

Has awful rates for a credit union. They have awful customer service. They consistently make finance charges to your credit card no matter if payed on time or payed off. Consistent calls trying to sell BS services. I recommended finding a better finance center that knows customers are whats most important. PEFCU IS AWFUL!!!!!

Horrible! They close the Lafayette branch until this summer, the video atms do not work and even driving onto campus I could not complete a transaction. close your accounts and select a bank that understands customer service.
