The time he take to get to know me and understand my "individual" situation goes above and beyond. I can’t say that I have dealt with too many businesses that have exceeded my expectations, but John Scoutto and Residental Home Funding is an exception. His service is impeccable. He is reliable, accessible and responsive. Mr John Scuotto was a enormous help to me and my family. This guy bent over backwards for us. He was able to get us through many hurdles and get us a Mortgage in short period of time. He is very knowledgeable and gets the job done. I got preapproved on June 14th 2017 and we closed July 18th . This whole process started in April of 2017, I had some issues on my credit report Mr Scuotto advised me of and also helped me clear up. So most of May and June we were waiting on the credit bureaus to update my score. Once that got a to a certain point Mr John Scuotto got the job done. Thank you Johnny I will send you some more PBA cards.....
