I was unsure of what to expect when my friend sent me to TCCU because I have always used a traditional bank. I was greeted upon entering the building and the staff was very knowledgeable when I inquired about refinancing my car loan. I was originally just looking to do a refinance since I have my personal account and my business account at two separate banks and was not looking to open a 3rd account. After speaking with a teller and a loan specialist I will be closing my 2 traditional bank accounts and I will be moving everything, including all of my loans to TCCU. Thank you to the great staff for informing me of how I will be saving time and money !

Been banking here since I was 15, was never able to get a loan weather I had good credit or bad credit. Had steady employment always also. Place is way out dated. Taking all my banking needs elsewhere....

This is the worst place I will never ever ever use this place again I could never get my card to work it was always a problem with withdrawing money out of ATM sometime even depositing money.
