It was a pleasure working with Chris Chustz and staff members at Family First Mortgage. Chris and staff members were always courteous, prompt, considerate, and polite. I can honestly say that Chris never dropped the ball throughout the entire process. Moreover, the process was completed within a reasonable time frame. Chris always answered every question regarding the process swiftly, and was very steadfast at assisting us to overcome a few obstacles. My husband and I put our trust in Chris and staff members with helping us to secure our loan for our new home, and they didn’t let us down. I want to especially thank Chris for his patience with me.
