Alterra Home Loans and their team (Amy, Jeremy, and Alyssa) is the best mortgage lender in Colorado Springs! As a local Realtor who works for the largest brokerage in town, I send my clients to Amy with Alterra because I know that they will do everything in their power to get the job done and treat buyers with dignity. They are always responsive to my clients and treat each borrower with respect and urgency. All too often, I have seen buyers who decide to go with large banks for their mortgage and are left hung out to dry. Never will this happen with Alterra! Alterra is knowledgeable about all types of loans and they always stick to their deadlines. If you want top quality service and the best rate call these guys. They know their job better than anyone else in town!

You know the sign of a great lender in not how they handle typical transactions (every lender can excel being great at the easy stuff), but in how they handle the tough transactions- Alterra you are all simply amazing!
