Integrity First Financial - wow So, if this company sends junk mail to an address, and the addressee does not and has not lived at that address for two years, what can be done. I called the phone number and when the (woman) answered, I gave her my name and said that i had received the mail in error and that i wanted them to update their records. She said she would. Does it seem strange that she did not ask for the address or the name of the addressee, my phone number or address - just how in the ____ is she supposed to update the address - is she that good at her job? If this is how she and the company answer easy questions, why should anyone place their trust in this lame outfit? Umm no, next time I need a mortgage loan or re-fi i will look for someone that understands the basic concept of customer service

My experience for the last two years with Integrity First Financial has been fantastic. Troy instructed me on what areas of my credit report I needed to focus on, and what was needed to bring my score up to get financed. Once my score was high enough we went through the mortgage process that was seamless. The other key factor is that Troy answered some of my wife’s questions that put her at ease though the process.
