Valley Insurance

From beginning to end the experience was seamless. I rehabbed a dilapidated building and was trying to do a cash out refi so that I could pay off the debt I had accumulated over the course of the year long project. After wasting nearly 6 weeks working with two different mortgage brokers,both of whom told me everything was looking good, I was referred to Sean. He spent over an hour on the phone with me late in the evening asking questions and uncovering some basic yet critical components of my file. He coached me on what I had to do in order to prove I was not a "house flipper" and then to complete the application when my house was in order. Upon submitting my file, Lisa reached out to introduce herself as my point person in assembling the application packet. Everything was transmitted using secure methods and the e-sign process was a breeze. Lisa provided me with updates through the course of a couple of weeks and the next thing I know the loan was closed. When I went in for the closing Sean spent over an hour with me explaining what all I was signing and told me there would be a 3 day waiting period before the wire would hit. Three days later I receive a note from Sean asking if the wire hit...I logged into online banking and sure enough it was there. I have paid off my Home Depot Loan and life is good! I would absolutely recommend Sean Zalmanoff to anyone!

Gordon and Derek took the time to explain each step of the process, they worked with me as I improved my credit, stayed diligent with all the paperwork and efficiently took me from the starting line to the finish!
