My wife originally got her first home loan through Alycia HoGlin. When it came time for us to by a home together, Alycia and Guild Mortgage was top on our list. Alycia was able to offer a competitive rate and fees package and we were pleased with our experience. Also, Alycia was very helpful in educating me on the process as this was my first home loan. When my wife and I decided to refinance in 2016, Alycia and Guild Mortgage was an easy choice. We were again pleased with this latest experience. A frustration did arise in the refinance process when the underwriter inconveniently brought up a question at the last minute. However, Alycia was very responsive in her related communications with us and helped us get a timely response to the underwriter.
