Dave was recommended to me by a real estate agent in San Diego 2 years ago. I finally had an opportunity to buy a house last month and called Dave. He gathered most of my information right away and got me pre-approved within hours. That allowed me to make an offer on a new home with confidence. As soon as I told Dave I had an acceptance, he and his assistant, Donna, went into action. My head was spinning with the fast pace these two people got things done. I had a hard time keeping up with them. My escrow closed in time, thanks to Dave and Donna. If you want a knowledgeable, honest, reliable, responsive, hard working person to handle your loan, Dave Pennington is the right person to do the job. There were special circumstances associated with my loan. Dave was positive about my ability to qualify from the beginning. He facilitated the process from beginning to end. He was readily responsive to my concerns and questions and was always available by phone, text, or email. His team was efficient and on time during all aspects of the escrow process.
