We were referred to Dave Perry by our builder who is a personal friend and has worked with Dave in the past. Dave far exceeded our expectations of professionalism and friendliness and responsiveness. This is our 3rd home purchase/build, but our first working through Dave. Compared to our past experiences of going through the financing process he was by far the most educational and invested in our specific circumstance. We walked away feeling like we understood the process completely. We always left feeling like he was watching out for our best interests and never felt rushed or hurried when meeting with him. I would highly recommend Dave to any family or friends looking to purchase a home in the future. Super friendly knowledgeable guy who professionally carries himself very well.
