When we got the letter showing the detailed pictures Red light camera in Hannibal got a picture of the driver (my husband) and our license plate. We thought we were doomed. But 3 points off for an intersection where the line was completely faded, was too much to just bit the bullet and give into. We took a chance with Brinkman & Alter and we are so glad we did! The paralegal I spoke with, Laura Jernigan handled the case, all we had to do was get the letter to her. The day after our court date, we found out that they got it amended to a non-moving violation! That was something we really doubted could be done. Hannibal has a huge reputation for being a money hungry, terrible town to drive through. Brinkman & Alter‘s representation was very much appreciated and very effective.
