One of the most unprofessional companies for mortgages out there. Not only are the mortgage "professionals" unprofessional, but the loan officer in the 82nd street office is also a Real Estate Agent who constantly competes with Real Estate Brokers for business and she tries to steal clients constantly. Not only is this an ethics violation but a mortgage company or bank should not allow a licensed mortgage individual to also compete in Real Estate. She personally tried to convince my client that I was not a good broker and tried to take my client from me. I had to move the loan away from the company. I would be glad to provide that clients information to the bank to back up my claim. Also I recently ran into another Broker and she had the same thing to say. This person personally tries to steal clients of agents and Brokers in the business. You have lost business because of this. #unethicalbusinesspractices #loanagentshouldbefiredduetounethicalbehavior

Wish I had seen this review over 2 1/2 months ago when we undertook refinancing through Union Savings Bank. Similar experience as described in the other review. Great credit score, low debt, 3 easy refinaces over 12 years. Provided all info requested in one day. No feedback all along the line from the broker on up! Finally gave up on 1/16/12 after many apologies and promises of getting back to us each time since the New Year. Never a call back... Called Regions bank and approved, closing set in two weeks all in a 48 hour timeframe. Be warned as thet are the "Keystone Cops" of banking.

Worst company ever. They have absolutely no concern for their customers. I had 2 loans that we had buyers that would have been homeless with little kids as they could not deliver on what they said. Even after talking to the managers and going to the head office, not one person ever cared they were putting out a family of 4 with a new baby one the way. They had a full approval and we had to wait over 10 days to get a loan closed. If this even saves one family from being homeless due to their inability to get a loan closed on time, it will be worth it. Run....Run for your lives!!!!!!

Terrible customer service and now follow thru. I worked with their agent for over a year trying to put myself in position to buy a house. He pulled our credit and gave us some tips. We did what he said, found a great house on his prequal and failed to get the house because he had never looked at our full finances once... long story short, never calls back and not very through.
