I cannot say enough good things about Dan Ventura and Fairway Mortgage! We were introduced to him through the seller of the property we wanted to purchase and right off the bat he was more personable and easier to get a hold of than the people we were using at the mortgage company we had originally picked. We liked Dan so much we decided to switch companies and are so glad we did! His immediate responses and reassuring attitude made this intimidating process so much easier. To top it off we got to close almost a full week early! I would easily recommend Dan and Fairway mortgage to any one looking for a home....especially a first home where we knew nothing about the process! Thank you Dan and Fairway for a wonderful experience!
