I had an incredible experience working with Ann and the rest of the 1st Colorado Mortgage team. We just moved in to the area from Salt Lake City and needed to take care of most thing remotely to buy our new home. Ann was incredible, she walked us through every step of the process, she helped us prepare ahead of time in order to explain away some dark spots on our credit history, and she worked tirelessly to make sure the VA loan was approved. We are extremely thankful for Ann and the rest of the team, this would have been much harder without them. I strongly recommend 1st Colorado Mortgage to anyone out there looking for a home, and will definitely return to work with Ann if we change homes in Colorado in the future. Thank you!
