Bob, Lisa and Athena are great. Buying a home in the Bay Area can be very stressful especially when you buy the house of your dreams before you sell your current home. The part that makes them more amazing is we did not know we were going to do this two months ago. They were able to get us through the process and by some miracle we were able to qualify for the down size house we wanted. They are very on top of the information that you need to supply and they are very supportive and understanding when things get a bit frustrating with the banks. In the end we got the loan at very good rate of interest. I am a happy to say we closed on our new home in Willow Glen and just got an offer on our home in Almaden. Thank you Bob, Lisa and Athena.

Exceptional experience with the folks at New American Funding when working on a loan for our new purchase. Joe, Jim and Brenda were extremely professional and communicative. The process of acquiring a loan can be very tedious, but they walked us through step by step, did many document signatures electronically and even set up our final document signing on a Sunday to work around our work schedules.
