I had Wasatch Home Loans refinance my home and an investment property in the last couple of months. They did an excellent job! They really made an effort to make sure that I got the best interest rate available while keeping my costs to a minimum. I was amazed how quickly they were able to get the loans closed and very, very pleased with the results. Their "best guy" worked on our loan and he drug us along for nearly 4 months and then told us our rate was expiring and it was too late to get us a loan. It seemed like he only worked on our loan with constant prodding. Rates went up and we lost thousands. Complaints to management did no good as we were told that they would rather that we went elsewhere. Stay away from employee whose name rhymes with hockey!

Beyond, WAY beyond, the kind of service I expected from a mortgage company!! This group of people, particularly Sydnee, Blair and Katelynn, worked SO hard on getting us the kind of mortgage we can live with until we pay off our house!! They keep sending me letters and cold calling me to refinance our mortgage. They are not who our mortgage is with and we have not looked into refinancing our loan. They will not stop. After I refused to answer their calls, they began calling my husband trying to convince him into coming into their office for a meeting.
