Holly Solem

Never treated so badly by a bank. Had an unauthorized user get into my home equity loan and elevations denies any accountability hiding behind a false statement that I told someone this person could use my card. When I went there with documentation and asking them to review police report. I was escorted out of the bank like I was the criminal. Inexcusable behavior.

HORRIBLE! After over a decade I finally pulled out and closed all my accounts with Elevations. Both the Boulder and Longmont branches are awful. After 12 years we moved everything to Chase. I found the employees condescending and rude and the service downright slow. There customer service and website are the worst!

The un-bank. Real humans work here! They always have treated me with respect, never charge dumb hidden fees. Been a member for 20 years and over that time I could count the negative interactions on one hand. Would recommend to a friend.
